Morning Cup Introspection / Dirty Chai / Sept 9/ 8:03am SF) //
Well, it happened again... The morning got away from me... But! On my walk back from the coffee shop this morning, I was thinking about flow and ease... At times it felt like I was trying so hard, pushing so hard, working so hard, only to find that it wasn't the right thing, person, or direction... and then when I find that wave, that boulder is effortless to move, the right people show up, and the path is so clear!!! This trip back to SF I was able to get back into a regular workout routine and have been meditating every night. I have been super "heady" lately. The physical activity has helped me to connect my "headiness" with the feeling sense of my body. While meditation has helped me connect more to my internal intelligence/intuition. "WITH ALL THREE POWERS COMBINED I AM FLOWING WITH THE UNIVERSE!" and when I'm not in flow, well, I spill my dirty chai. (Note to self... Don't skip a workout, or meditation!)
