Morning Cup Introspection/ Chai Tea Latte / May 3rd / 10:58am (ATL) // I felt a little guilty about it... & a little weird that I felt so energized, inspired, & so excited about eating the pavement! Seems to me that when you fail at something, or in this case, crash my motorcycle in an elementary school parking lot (FAIL), you have the opportunity to get to see what you're made of! And Im not talking about blood & guts & bones! BTW, no blood or guts were spewed, and no bones were broken. Although, while laying on the pavement I did go into a deep breathing exercise as I rocked myself back & forth. It helped with the initial shock to my system.

Instead of being afraid to try again, I am more excited than ever to get back on! My lesson? Do NOT accidentally accelerate while breaking... yea. Why are those things BOTH on the same handle bar?!?! Ok.. moving on!
Besides the blessing of walking away from this scary situation, my bike totally fine (well, kinda), and making my dad proud by my ability to jump from a moving vehicle, I get to test out some frequencies to ease the inflammation & discomfort in my right right arm! Yay! Yesterday, I did one session & the pain in my triceps is gone! I also went to the The Body Well to get adjusted, which I think is something EVERYONE should do regardless! (mention my name if you go! Erin is AMAZING!) After this post I am going to do a second session on my wrist and hand. I will for sure be sharing the findings. May you stay motivated and inspired despite any fear that wants to take over. xo!
