Unwind tension held in the body through a powerful, all-levels, candlelit yoga flow, then heal on a cellular level with a 30-minute sound bath in savasana to the tones of the Crystal Bowls and a Gong.
If this is your first Sound Bath, it will be unlike anything you have experienced!
As you are washed in a "bath" of healing sounds, the tones build and evolve, producing a sea of sound that is both timeless and alive. Your experience is going to be truly individual and unique - a true sound bath is a magical event to be missed!
The Crystal Bowl and Gong interact powerfully with our bodies, cleansing and rejuvenating us at the deepest cellular levels; physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Blocks and tensions are washed away, leaving you centered, refreshed, energized, and fully present and connected with the world around you.
Tea is included so you may stay, chat, meet fellow yogis, and discuss your experience.
Mats and props are available. Please feel free to bring an eye-pillow, socks, or anything that will make you more comfortable during the sound bath.
