Heart Opening Vinyasa/Yin Flow
with Sound Bath
Join us for an evening immersive experience where Caitlin Ryan and Danielle Hall will combine yogic practice with sound healing. The experience will begin with slow and easy breathwork that will gently guide your attention inward. Caitlin Ryan will guide you through a Vinyasa Flow that will build heat and challenge your mental edge. As we wind down the flow, you will be lead into a restorative and yin practice that will move towards stillness where you will be washed in a "bath" of healing sounds while Danielle artfully creates a sonic savasana experience through her singing bowls. This is a mind, body, spirit experience that will take you from a Work Out, to a Work In.

Sound Bath Description:
Participants lie down in savasana (relaxation pose), close their eyes and focus on their breath as wave after wave of sound washes over them. This soundscape helps to eliminate mind chatter, relaxing the mind to induce the Relaxation Response within the body; this creates the environment for the body to go into its own natural healing.
