Since the earliest times, we have needed to be sensitive to our surroundings to survive, because of this, we have an innate awareness of our environment and seek out environments with certain qualities.
We have a strong need for safety and security and because of this, we look for those attributes in our environment. Over the next few days I am going to break down a few environmental factors that you may not know are contributing to your overall health, as well as a few personal stories!
For now, I would like you to take note of:
1. The spaces you enjoy being in the most.
2. The most relaxing spaces in your home.
3. The most productive space in your home or office.
4. The spaces you feel less than happy to be in.
