What would it feel like to make $5k a month? 10k? 20k?
Before I got into doing Sound Healing work, I was a photographer and retoucher for 11 years. When you are in the photo industry you have to know how to share your message through ONE image and often times, very little text. Part of the creative challenge was that I had to tell many different stories because the message would be different for each job and client.
I am sharing this, because I was asked a really great question today: “Why are you teaching a business class and what experience do you actually have?”
My 11 years in the photography industry gave me that experience. Then, I slowly transitioned into doing Sound Healing work. I was 3 years in when I started teaching “Sales as a Spiritual Practice” and have spoken and taught at break out sessions at a couple of conferences. .
Interestingly, I had moved back to ATL in 2016 for a Sound Healing opportunity. I moved here, and then the “opportunity” fell through and I became homeless, bouncing from one friends couch to another while still keeping my business in SF a float. Because of what I am going to teach in the “Sales as a Spiritual Practice” class, I went from homeless to thriving in 1 year! Keeping my business in SF and building here in ATL.
Some of you don’t know what it really means to be an entrepreneur. Some of you are doing great work but are stretched so thin its hard to focus and get out of that fight or flight mode to make any headway. And some of you don’t know how to confidently price your offerings, get stuck or feel guilty, and then do it for free or low cost…
This class is a step FORWARD in feeling confident in DOING BUSINESS in the work you are so passionate about. You will gain community, clarity, and resources. I have added a coaching call to the class so we can chat a few weeks afterwards to see how you are doing and gain more clarity on next steps!

Big Ideas require BIG HEART!

And faith.
And sleep.
And a team.
And healthy food.
And a chiropractor.
And a sense of humor.
OH LORD. When I say YES to an idea, I go at it HARD. Well, I not only said YES to a sound healing studio space, but I also said YES to a build out to make it a Crystal Bowl Showroom, too!
Lets just say I haven’t slept much in May. I’ve learned to ask for help (still a challenge for me, heh!), I have been challenged, and I have been held. I have had countless “What the f*ck and I doing with my life?!?” moments throughout this process.
And now, as the space is nearing completion, I am in awe that followers on Instagram and Facbook supported this project in the way they have, and some new incredibly bad a$$ women have shown up and supported me through an injury. 💕😭💕
I have been a “lone wolf” for so long… and to receive the support these women have shown/given is humbling. I’m feeling less alone, stronger, and understood. Which, in and of its self serves as fuel for my mission... and provides ease emotionally. I am so thankful.
We all need support, and guidance from time to time. It’s the only way we can truly grow. Especially when the vision you have feels so great!
Thank you for allowing me to be a guide in your journey. Whether it’s been through sound bath sessions or sound healing classes... through all this, I am reminded of just how important a role I play. Without the amazing people who have shown up during this time, this would be a very different post. 💕

This Yoga Nidra Workshop will include:
- An introduction to Yoga Nidra meditation.

- A 40 minute guided Yoga Nidra meditation that will take you on your own personal journey through the main chakras or energy centers of the body.
You will take home: - A quartz crystal "touchstone" to use during the practice and to take home with you. - A recording of the meditation so you can practice on your own at home.
Yoga Nidra (meaning "yogic sleep" in Sanskrit) is a sleep based meditation practice during which you receive all the healing benefits of sleep while still maintaining a trace of awareness.
Yoga Nidra is a practice of non-doing-- all you have to do is lie down, relax, and listen to the teacher's voice.

Totally random... But I started a towel drive! 😝
If you have any old towels you would throw away (frankly don’t mind giving away!), including hand towels, face cloths, dish towels etc, I would love them for the next phase in sound proofing my Crystal Bowl Showroom/ Healing Space.
The towels don’t have to be pretty. They can be any size, color, and ideally washed.
I am hoping to have everything by Monday/Tuesday if possible. 😅 I'm not sure how realistic this is. But I'm just putting it out there!
I will be at The Center for Love and Light Atlanta all day today and tomorrow. Please DM me for drop off. I’m not sure I can pick up because I have to be here for the contractors.

Don’t underestimate who you are or what you can do. It’s so easy to talk ourselves out of doing something we’ve never done before, yet it’s the thing we’ve never done before that can bring so much joy and excitement into our lives!
This build out of my tiny studio space is amazing! My nails are dirty. My body aches. And I’m sleep deprived. I’m doing a lot of things I’ve never done before, like... using a crowbar, and power tools! 😂
I’m juggling that big project while also keeping up with my regular sound healing work, and maintaining relationships. It’s a lot... I’m not going to lie. But just imagine YOU doing one small thing you haven’t done before... and then doing a lot of small things you haven’t done before... and next thing you know! You have the courage to do something a little bit bigger or exciting that you haven’t done before! Then, you look back and can see how you have prepared yourself for this moment, THIS BIG THING all along.
You’re doing great! Keep striving. Keep pushing. Dirty nails. Body aches... in this context I would say, life is pretty great!

When there are no words... hold space.
There is something really special that happens at my sound bath sessions where the people who need each other the most end up coming together at the same session. If you're one who usually stays after a sound bath, you know.
This Sunday’s mini retreat was no different. Except... for one thing. It left me with no words.
We came together and shared about life, death, and transition.
We felt the vulnerability, bravery, and immense love and light emanating as each individual shared what they felt and why they were there.
It was raw. It was truth. It was beautiful.
I usually feel something intuitive come through but on this day, nothing. No words. All I could do was to hold space for them in their journey. And sometimes that’s all we need to do to support someone on their path. Be the witness of what is coming up for them so they feel heard.
What a way to honor the beauty, grace, and divine love within each soul who showed up, each soul who couldn't be with us, and each soul who has passed on.
