In this soothing sound bath session, you will experience etheric sounds and good vibrations to carry you through the holidays with ease.

About this Event

The Holidays are upon us! Join us for a moment of stillness as you take a moment to yourself to rest + reset to fully enjoy all the season has for you.

In this soothing sound bath session, you will experience the etheric sounds of quartz crystal singing bowls, the powerful vibration of gongs, and the grounding rhythms of Native American drumming. Rest. Reset. And awaken refreshed!

Doors open at 3:45pm
Doors close at 4:10pm

How do I dress?
Please dress comfortably as you will be laying down on the floor. You will be asked to take off your shoes, so please wear socks if that will be more comfortable.

What to bring?
Yoga Mat
Water
And anything that will make you feel more comfortable laying on the floor. (blanket, pillow, bolster, yoga mat, etc.)
