There’s a difference between playing instruments… and facilitating transformation. Most people are taught how to make sound. Very few are taught how to work with the body, the nervous system, and the human experience in front of them.
This is where that begins.
If you’ve been feeling called to sound healing—or you’re ready to deepen your relationship with crystal singing bowls—Level 1 is your entry point.

Built from over a decade of real-world facilitation and informed by insights from the ongoing collaboration with Emory University study on stress, pain reduction, and nervous system regulation, this training introduces you to sound healing through a lens that is both grounded and applicable.

Over one immersive weekend, you will be introduced to the foundations of sound healing through direct experience with crystal singing bowls, voice, and the structure behind a regulated sound session.

You will also receive access to the full Level 1 online curriculum to complete your learning and integration.

For those who want to experience this work in a shared physical space, a limited-capacity in-person Level 1 training will also be offered.

What Happens After Level 1
For some, this weekend will be enough to begin a personal practice.
For others, this is just the beginning.
Level 1 opens the door into Levels 2, 3, and 4 of the SoundEmbrace Certification Pathway—where you move into multi-instrument facilitation, applied science, business development, and supervised practice.
Full 200-hour certification enrollment opens Fall 2026.
What You’ll Need
• A quiet, comfortable space where you will not be interrupted
• A notebook and something to write with
• Water to stay hydrated
• A crystal or Himalayan singing bowl is highly recommended (but not required for Level 1)

Attendance of the full training is mandatory.
