This is where it starts.
There’s a difference between playing instruments… and facilitating transformation. Most people are taught how to make sound. Very few are taught how to work with the body, the nervous system, and the human experience in front of them.
This is where that begins.
If you’ve been feeling called to sound healing—or you’re ready to deepen your relationship with crystal singing bowls—Level 1 is your entry point.
Not into performance. Into facilitation.
Built from over a decade of real-world facilitation and informed by insights from the ongoing collaboration with Emory University study on stress, pain reduction, and nervous system regulation, this training introduces you to sound healing through a lens that is both grounded and applicable.
Informed. Structured. Responsible.
Over one immersive weekend, you will be introduced to the foundations of sound healing through direct experience with crystal singing bowls, voice, and the structure behind a regulated sound session.
A more informed lens.
A more responsible lens.
A more powerful one.
What You’ll Experience
• Learn how to play crystal singing bowls with clarity, control, and intention
• Explore voice and toning as an active part of facilitation
• Experience the structure and flow of a sound session from the inside out
• Develop real-time awareness of the nervous system—your own and others
• Begin understanding what it truly means to hold space in a live environment
• Participate in a guided group sound bath experience as a participant
• Transition into small-group facilitation practice, where you will co-lead a live sound bath session using crystal singing bowls
• Receive real-time feedback to build confidence, awareness, and presence
This is for you if:
• You’re ready to start working with crystal singing bowls now—not someday
• You feel called to this work and don’t want to waste time figuring it out alone
• You see what’s happening in the world and want to be part of the solution
• You’re craving something meaningful—whether that’s a career shift, a new chapter, or a way to give back
• You’ve taken classes before but still don’t feel confident applying what you’ve learned
• You want structure, guidance, and real experience—not guesswork
By the End of This Training, You Will Be Able To:
• Facilitate a foundational sound bath session using crystal singing bowls
• Understand how to begin, guide, and close a session with intention
• Feel more confident working with sound in a live setting
• Begin applying this work for personal practice or small group experiences

What Happens After Level 1
For some, this weekend will be enough to begin a personal practice.
For others, this is just the beginning.
Level 1 opens the door into Levels 2, 3, and 4 of the SoundEmbrace Certification Pathway—where you move into multi-instrument facilitation, applied science, business development, and supervised practice.
Full 200-hour certification enrollment opens Fall 2026.
What to Bring
• A crystal or Himalayan singing bowl (if you have one)
