Friday, May 9 at the Oxford Civic Center I will share the power of sound supporting the mental, emotional, and physical body, some practical exercises you can do at home, as well as a mini Sound Healing Session so you can decide for yourself how you would like to use this powerful practice.

This is a regional one-day mental health conference for the community designed to shine a light on mental health and wellness. They will offer 5.5 CEU's for nurses, counselors, and social workers.

The entire conference is from 8:00am - 4:30pm
I will be speaking in room 101 at 2:30pm!
