Release & Restore

An Intimate Sound Bath & Pranic Healing Experience

Give yourself permission to set everything down for a little while.

Join Danielle Hall/SoundEmbrace and Colleen Zeigler/Advanced Wellness for a unique, intimate experience combining the soothing sounds of a live sound bath with the gentle energy work of Pranic Healing.

As you settle into the comfort of a zero-gravity chair, you'll be surrounded by an immersive landscape of sound while Colleen moves through the space offering individualized energy work to each participant. Her work will focus on releasing unwanted and unneeded cords, while bringing special attention to the heart, and crown chakras.

Throughout the experience, the sound bath will complement this energetic work, creating a supportive environment for release, integration, and grounding. Through intentional sound, stillness, and gentle shifts in awareness, we'll invite the nervous system toward a greater sense of safety and ease, allowing space to soften, let go, and reconnect with the energy centers throughout the body.

Together, these practices offer an opportunity to release what no longer serves you, reconnect with yourself, and welcome a renewed sense of balance and presence.

There's nothing you need to do, figure out, or achieve. Simply arrive as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive.

Limited to just 12 participants, this intimate gathering offers a personal and nurturing environment for rest, reflection, and renewal.
