In this closing ceremony we will:
Reflect on what June brought up — in your voice, your stories, your inner dialogue
Do a guided release — letting go of something that has been taking up space
Set one clear intention to carry forward from what this month taught you
Close with sound — a collective landing
How to Prepare
Before the ceremony, take 5 minutes with your journal and answer one question:
What did my voice do this month that it hasn't done before?
It might be something small — a conversation you finally had, a boundary you named, a thing you wrote that surprised you. Bring that with you into the session.
