Have you ever looked at your life and thought...
"I know what I want... so why do I keep stopping short of it?"
Most of us don't struggle because we don't know what to do. We struggle because lasting change asks us to become someone new. The version of ourselves who has the life we dream about thinks differently, chooses differently, and shows up differently. Before our lives change, our identity often has to change first.
This summer, that question inspired Dr. Danielle Hall to embark on a 38-day journey across 12 cities, asking people from all walks of life one simple question:
What does it mean to create a life you love waking up to every day?
Together, we'll begin with a short conversation before settling into an immersive SoundEmbrace experience featuring crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments. As your nervous system begins to settle, you'll be invited to let go of the constant noise of everyday life, including old patterns that no longer serve, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom that already exists within you.
Sometimes clarity doesn't come from thinking harder.
Sometimes it comes from becoming still enough to hear yourself again.
Following the sound journey, you're invited to stay for tea, conversation, and community. If you feel inspired, you'll also have the opportunity to answer the same question guiding this journey on camera and become part of the SoundEmbrace Podcast, joining voices from across the country in a shared conversation about courage, purpose, and creating a life you love waking up to every day.
You're welcome to bring a journal if you'd like to capture anything that arises during the experience.
This is more than a sound bath.
It's an invitation to pause... reconnect with yourself... and perhaps leave with a clearer sense of who you're becoming.
And anything that will make you feel more comfortable laying on the floor. (blanket, pillow, bolster, etc.)
