Shout out to Yin Lin! Thank you for believing in this project and creating an opportunity for me to share it with your community! What you are all doing to being unique experiences for the community is inspiring!
Our time together: We are in a collective moment of inquiry.
People are pausing, evaluating what they've built, what still fits, and what they're ready to release. With uncertainty coming from every direction, one question has become a compass for thousands of people across the country:
What does it mean to live a life you love waking up to every day?
This summer, Dr. Danielle Hall is traveling 38 days across 12 cities asking that question and creating space for communities to sit with it together.
Join us for an immersive sound bath experience where your nervous system settles. You'll be invited to let go of the noise, release what no longer serves, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom already inside you.
Following the sound journey, stay for conversation and community. If you feel called, share your answer to the question on camera for the SoundEmbrace Podcast — joining voices from across the country in a conversation about courage, purpose, and creating a life you love.
Every attendee receives a sponsor gift upo
About the project: Have you ever looked at your life and thought...
"I know what I want... so why do I keep stopping short of it?"
Most of us don't struggle because we don't know what to do. We struggle because lasting change asks us to become someone new. The version of ourselves who has the life we dream about thinks differently, chooses differently, and shows up differently. Before our lives change, our identity often has to change first.
This summer, that question inspired Dr. Danielle Hall to embark on a 38-day journey across 12 cities, asking people from all walks of life one simple question:
What does it mean to create a life you love waking up to every day?
And anything that will make you feel more comfortable laying on the floor. (blanket, pillow, bolster, etc.)
