PRIVATE SESSION for RMC Anniston Employees.

Nurture in Sound

Close your eyes, and Nurture in Sound.

Join us for a deeply restorative experience where sound becomes a tool for self-care. Using acoustic sound therapy instruments like quartz crystal bowls, chimes, gong, and drum, you’ll be gently guided into the relaxation response—a proven state where the body can begin to heal, release tension, and restore balance.

Each session will blend Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction techniques with intentional sound facilitation to support your nervous system, boost resilience, and provide space for personal reflection.

This time is for you—to reconnect with yourself, to rest, and to nurture your own uniqueness. All you have to do is show up, breathe, and let the sound do the work.

No entry 10min past the start time. Please note that this is a sound sensitive experience so please be on time to ensure we do not disrupt others' experience. The lead in to this experience is very important to have the best results as well as not disrupting others.
