What is Relax in Sound?

A SoundEmbrace Signature Session for Nervous System Reset

Close your eyes.
Exhale.
Let your body soften into sound.

Relax in Sound™ is the SoundEmbrace signature protocol designed specifically to support stress reduction and pain relief through intentional nervous system regulation.

This is not simply a sound bath.

It is a strategically facilitated acoustic immersion rooted in mindfulness-based stress practices and guided relaxation response principles.

Throughout the session, you will be gently led into deeper states of parasympathetic activation, the body’s natural restoration mode, using acoustic sound therapy instruments including quartz crystal singing bowls, chimes, gong, and ocean drum.

As sound waves move through the body, many participants report:

• Reduced muscle tension

• Decreased perceived stress

• Softening of pain intensity

• Increased calm and clarity

• Strengthened mind–body awareness

Each experience is deeply individual.

There is nothing to “do.”

You simply arrive, settle in, and allow the sound to guide you.

This session is designed to support your body’s innate capacity to regulate, restore, and reset.

What to bring?

  1. Yoga Mat

  2. Water

  3. And anything that will make you feel more comfortable laying on the floor. (blanket, pillow, bolster, etc.)
