Relax in Sound - Sound Bath in Rainbow City, AL

  • Rise and Shine Wellness Center 3731 Rainbow Drive Rainbow City, Alabama, 35906 United States (map)

Close your eyes. Exhale. Relax in Sound.

Relax in Sound™ is the SoundEmbrace® signature protocol designed to support stress reduction and pain relief through intentional nervous system regulation.

This is not simply a sound bath.

For this experience, you won't be lying on a yoga mat or sitting upright in a traditional chair. Each participant will have their own zero-gravity reclining chair, allowing you to lean back to your preferred level of comfort while taking pressure off the joints and supporting the body as it settles into rest.

Once you're comfortable, you'll be guided through a strategically facilitated acoustic immersion rooted in mindfulness-based stress practices and relaxation-response principles. Acoustic sound therapy instruments, including quartz crystal singing bowls, chimes, gong, and ocean drum, are intentionally incorporated throughout the experience to support relaxation and nervous system regulation.

Participants may experience reduced muscle tension, decreased perceived stress, a softening of pain intensity, increased calm and clarity, and greater mind-body awareness. Each experience is deeply individual. There is nothing you need to achieve or get "right." You simply arrive, settle in, and allow yourself to experience what unfolds.

And this experience doesn't necessarily end when the last instrument becomes quiet.

Following the sound portion of the evening, you're invited to stay for an optional integration and coaching conversation with Dr. Danielle Hall.

This is an opportunity to talk about what you noticed during your experience, ask questions, and begin connecting the dots between what happened during the session and what may be useful in your everyday life. You may notice a physical sensation, an emotion, a thought that kept surfacing, unexpected clarity, or perhaps simply a deeper state of rest. Rather than immediately getting up and returning to the pace of your day, we'll have time to explore your experience together.

The intention is to help you move beyond simply having an experience and begin understanding how you might integrate what you noticed into your day-to-day life in support of the changes you would like to create.

You are welcome to participate in the conversation, listen to the experiences of others, or leave following the sound portion if that feels complete for you.

Doors open at 6:15 pm
