August Sound Bath at St. Michael’s: Coming Home to Yourself

  • St. Michael’s All Saints Episcopal Church 1000 West 18th Street Anniston, AL, 36201 United States (map)

This is not your typical sound bath—this is a sound journey designed to guide you back home to yourself. Through primal vocal toning, rhythmic hand drumming, and the powerful acoustics of the church, you’ll be immersed in a deeply resonant experience that awakens the body, quiets the mind, and softens the heart.

In our busy lives, we often become disconnected—drifting into thought, tension, or emotional distance when life feels heavy. This session is your invitation to return to the sanctuary of your own body, grounded and safe, integrating what you’ve carried and releasing what no longer serves you.

We will call in your guides, angels, and beings of the highest and best to support you, helping you feel divinely guided as you explore your inner landscape. While this is not a religious event, it may feel deeply spiritual. You are welcome to bring any items that help you feel connected—crystals, rosaries, a Bible, or other meaningful tools.

Doors open at 5:45pm

No entry past 6:10pm
