The Long Game.

The Long Game.

I have had many goals with SoundEmbrace over the years. All with the mission of elevating the industry of Sound Healing Therapy to help more people live a life they love waking up to everyday!

As students go through my program I often share that it would be daunting to think about climbing a mountain without ever having had put on a harness before.

So if you have an idea of where you would like to go, or the community of people you would like to help, working backwards from that goal is helpful in creating a strategic plan to get there. But! Try not to be so attached to the plan that you miss out on opportunities along the way!

While using sound to heal entered into my life in 7th grade band class, here is a snippet of my SEE timeline:

2010 - Body deteriorating / Found out I am allergic to gluten

2011 - Body healing. I devour info to try to understand what happened.

2012 - Dove into learning about Sound Healing

2013 - Had a 1 on 1 practice + group monthly sessions

2014 - Corporate + Small Speaking Engagements

2015 - Therapy Centers + Created job opportunities for practitioners.

2016 - Homeless/Pivot/Regroup/Still doing above.

2017 - Speaking Engagement (400 people!) + Sound Experience

2018 - More speaking engagements + all the above.

2019 - Spoke at first medical conference in person/ Hospital and Non Profits, Opened a Sound Healing Store, Started a Certification Program.

2020 - Virtual Membership Platform + Spoke at 2nd medical conference (virtual).

2021 - Almost done with my Masters Degree and continuing the process of creating an associates degree in Sound Healing Therapy.

... my students are doing all of the above in less time than it took me!!!

The point? It’s cumulative. What's your “Long Game”?

(And no, it doesn’t have to be business related.)

Maybe it begins with Level 1 of the SoundEmbrace Sound Healing Certification program?
