Afternoon Cup Introspection/ English Breakfast / Oct 27th / 1:34pm / Attleboro, MA //

Long day...
Last minute trip to MA. My aunt had three strokes... How does that even happen!?! Well, that's why I was asked to fly out.

This is what usually happens. There is a point where people feel like they have no where else to turn and they are losing hope. I wish it wasn't that way. But this is the point where a lot of people find me.
They are in so much pain. Mental or emotional stress... on many medications... sleep deprived. That's only naming a few!

In this case with my aunt, I will be assessing her mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health. Once I learn more from her doctor, I will use sound as a complementary therapy, and taking her through a health assessment to figure out what supplements will support her during this time. (First sending the final assessment to her doctor for approval.) Physical therapy will be really important at this time as well.
Why do we allow things to escalate like this in our health? Most health issues are preventable. I know for me, it was because I was ignorant to how food affected the body and had excepted that I was always going to be sick. That could have been my reality! And a lot of people think this way!

How are you not taking ownership of your health? Where are you giving up your power? It's time to reclaim it!
