And more than 75 percent of all physician office visits are for stress-related ailments and complaints.

Sound Healing is the non-invasive, therapeutic application of sound and vibration through instruments or voice facilitated to create a sound environment for the body to go into its own natural healing processes.

Dr. Mitchell Gaynor says, "Sound enters the healing equation from several directions: It may alter cellular functions through energetic effects; it may en train biological systems to function more homeostatically; It may calm the mind therefore the body; or it may have emotional effects, which influence neurotransmitters and neuropeptides, which in turn help to regulate the immune system- the healer within."

This is one reason why I have created Sound Healing 101 (Saturday, July 27) and Sound Healing Certification Program (200 Hour certification starting Aug 19th)

By the end of Sound Healing 101, you will feel more comfortable as to which instruments you gravitate towards, and many students start facilitating sound bath sessions of their own soon after! .

The Sound Healing Certification Program serves to provide deeper knowledge of Sound Healing so that you may start to facilitate for specific outcomes, and go into therapy centers and/or start your own Sound Healing Practice. .

Curious? DM me and lets hop on a call to see if either of these options is a good fit for you. There are 4 more spaces available for SH101 and 5 more spaces available for the Certification Program. We need you to bring this into your personal practice, communities, and beyond! Link in bio to sign up now!
