Our time together will be an immersive experience awakening the senses as you are enveloped in a blanket of soothing sounds leading you to refill that reservoir of personal power in creating a life you love waking up to every day!


These researched based mindfulness practices will support your nervous system in becoming more resilient, relieving stress, reducing pain, as well as finding clarity around who you are and who you want to become.

If you would like, join us after each session for a beverage (not included in ticket price. // 21+ for libations) and to chat about what has come up for you. I dont drink, but they have really good kombucha!
