Relax in Sound

A SoundEmbrace Signature Session for Nervous System Reset

Close your eyes.
Exhale.
Let your body soften into sound.

Relax in Sound™ is the SoundEmbrace signature protocol designed specifically to support stress reduction and pain relief through intentional nervous system regulation.

This is not simply a sound bath.

It is a strategically facilitated acoustic immersion rooted in mindfulness-based stress practices and guided relaxation response principles.

Throughout the session, you will be gently led into deeper states of parasympathetic activation, the body’s natural restoration mode, using acoustic sound therapy instruments including quartz crystal singing bowls, chimes, gong, and ocean drum.

As sound waves move through the body, many participants report:

• Reduced muscle tension

• Decreased perceived stress

• Softening of pain intensity

• Increased calm and clarity

• Strengthened mind–body awareness

Each experience is deeply individual.

There is nothing to “do.”

You simply arrive, settle in, and allow the sound to guide you.

This session is designed to support your body’s innate capacity to regulate, restore, and reset.

What to bring?

  1. Yoga Mat

  2. Water

  3. And anything that will make you feel more comfortable laying on the floor. (blanket, pillow, bolster, etc.)

Sound Healing has shown to support stress reduction, pain relief, and promote restful sleep. Some of the most frequent benefits people have experienced in a Sound Bath Immersion included:

• relief from stress or anxiety

• pain reduced

• peace of mind and mental clarity

• emotional healing or release

• continuing self development

• better sleep

• spiritual connection, integration and wholeness.

I am here to help:

You are never alone.

More about :

A Space for Grace Serenity Garden at Jacksonville State University offers students, faculty, staff, and visitors a serene space to enjoy the benefits of nature. The garden, located behind Mason Hall is part of The Community Foundation of Northeast Alabama’s network of 20 OSSP sites in Northeast Alabama, serving nine counties and elevating the region’s national presence in the movement of nature-based community healing.

The space’s inspiration comes from research into the mind/body that benefits individuals experience when spending time outdoors, such as a reduction in stress, increased memory and attention, regulation of mood, and an overall increased sense of well-being. The garden offers visitors a place to reconnect with nature and take a break from screens and landmarks symbolizing beauty, restoration, and recovery. It serves as a landmark, symbolizing the recovery from the devastating tornado of 2018 and the global pandemic that profoundly affected the JSU community and beyond. The site features three archway entrances leading into the space and a winding path. A pergola with two bench seats will serve as the destination and attractive landscape, and JSU’s first permanent outdoor sculpture art enhances the sense of the garden’s surroundings. Posts provide a space for students to hang their hammocks.

This Sacred Place’s design and development is unique; JSU’s Department of Art and Design, Counseling Services, and Capital Planning and Facilities have designed the Serenity Garden behind Mason Hall. Miss Jacksonville State, Grace-Anne Lundy was instrumental in bringing this Sacred Place to life. Her Miss JSU 2024 campaign focused on highlighting the importance of mental health and wellbeing. Her efforts raised a large portion of the funding used to implement the design that her fellow JSU community members envisioned.

Live Virtual Level 1 - Sound Healing Certification Program

Become a Sound Healing Practitioner

Level 1 Certification — Live Virtual Weekend

Begin with the instrument. Stay for the transformation.

April 25–26, 2026 | Live on Zoom
$1,212 | Payment Plans Available

This is where it starts.

There’s a difference between playing instruments… and facilitating transformation. Most people are taught how to make sound. Very few are taught how to work with the body, the nervous system, and the human experience in front of them.

This is where that begins.
If you’ve been feeling called to sound healing—or you’re ready to deepen your relationship with crystal singing bowls—Level 1 is your entry point.

Not into performance. Into facilitation.

Built from over a decade of real-world facilitation and informed by insights from the ongoing collaboration with Emory University study on stress, pain reduction, and nervous system regulation, this training introduces you to sound healing through a lens that is both grounded and applicable.

Informed. Structured. Responsible.

Over one immersive weekend, you will be introduced to the foundations of sound healing through direct experience with crystal singing bowls, voice, and the structure behind a regulated sound session.

A more informed lens.
A more responsible lens.
A more powerful one.

What You’ll Experience

• Foundational techniques for playing crystal singing bowls
• Introduction to voice and toning as a facilitation tool
• The underlying structure of a sound session
• Nervous system awareness and regulation principles
• A deeper understanding of what it means to hold space

You will also receive access to the full Level 1 online curriculum to complete your learning and integration.

This is for you if:

• You want to start working with crystal singing bowls now!
• You feel called to sound healing but don’t know where to start.
• You’re curious about sound healing but want structure and mentorship - not guesswork.
• You’ve taken workshops before but still feel like something is missing.
• You’re ready to explore this work in a more grounded, professional way.

Live Virtual Intensive (Zoom)

Your enrollment includes:
• Full weekend live training
• Access to Level 1 online content
• Entry into the SoundEmbrace training pathway

📅 Saturday, April 25, 2026
10:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (1-hour break)

May 16th + 17th 2026 - In Atlanta

For those who want to experience this work in a shared physical space, a limited-capacity in-person Level 1 training will also be offered.

Investment: $1,500

What Happens After Level 1

For some, this weekend will be enough to begin a personal practice.

For others, this is just the beginning.

Level 1 opens the door into Levels 2, 3, and 4 of the SoundEmbrace Certification Pathway—where you move into multi-instrument facilitation, applied science, business development, and supervised practice.

Full 200-hour certification enrollment opens Fall 2026.

What You’ll Need

• A quiet, comfortable space where you will not be interrupted
• A notebook and something to write with
• Water to stay hydrated
• A crystal or Himalayan singing bowl is highly recommended (but not required for Level 1)

A Quiet Invitation

You don’t need to have it all figured out.

You just need to start.

Cancellation Policy

Space is limited.

Due to limited capacity:

• 50% refund available up to 14 days before training
• No refunds within 14 days of training
• No refunds once training has begun

Attendance Policy (Read Carefully)

Attendance of the full training is mandatory.
There are no make-up sessions.

Why this matters:
Because this work requires responsibility.

Sound healing is growing rapidly. This training is designed to ensure you understand the foundations well enough to practice safely—for yourself and for others.

This is not casual learning.
This is the beginning of professional development.

Completion of all four levels is required to become a fully certified SoundEmbrace practitioner.

You don’t need to be ready for all of it.

You just need to be ready to begin.

What is Relax in Sound?

SoundOn Community Sound Bath with The Feeling Tone

SoundOn Community Sound Bath with The Feeling Tone

Sound is a powerful tool for transformation. When we combine Sound + Community we cultivate self empowerment and find healing that transcends the challenges we currently face both individually and collectively.

About:

::::Sound On:::: was created for the SoundEmbrace Sound Healing Certification Program students to have their first group public sound session as their final project.

Danielle will introduce your practitioner and then "pass the mic" for them to lead you in a truly one of a kind experience. Every sound bath session will be different and unique to the guest practitioners topic and intention.

After the sound healing session we will stick around for a 15 minute Q & A.

Get the most out of our time together:

1. Find a comfortable quiet spot where you will not be disturbed (sitting or laying down - your pick!)

2. Get cozy! Grab a blanket, pillow, or eye mask

3. Have some water available so that you can hydrate after the experience

4. Headphones for optimal sound

5. Please note that your experience will also be determined by your internet connection.

6. Turn off notifications on your phone, device, or computer so you may fully immerse yourself in the experience.

Description for this session:

This is a space for you to exhale.

A place to quiet mental noise and ease the emotional load that comes from always being alert, responsible, and engaged. This virtual sound healing session offers a simple and supportive way to come back into your body without effort and without needing to make sense of anything.

Using the steady vibrations of crystal bowls and grounding tones, the session supports your nervous system in shifting out of high alert and into rest. Sound works directly with the body, helping release held tension and creating a sense of internal steadiness that can be difficult to access through thinking alone.

This session can be especially helpful if you feel mentally overstimulated, emotionally full, or worn down by constant input. It is supportive if relaxation feels elusive, if your body has trouble letting go, or if you are in a period of change that requires more internal stability.

You do not need to arrive calm.
You do not need to do anything correctly.
You do not need to participate beyond listening.
You are invited to lie down, get comfortable, and allow the sound to guide your system toward rest.

Many people leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more settled in their bodies, with a greater sense of ease and regulation. For some, the experience brings quiet insight. For others, it brings deep rest. Both are enough.

This is time set aside for you.

A pause that supports real restoration.

This live virtual sound bath is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your inner peace. Through intentional sound, you'll be guided into a deep state of relaxation and presence. A sound bath is a passive, meditative experience where you simply get comfortable and listen. No prior experience with meditation or sound is required—all you need to do is show up ready to receive in a quiet place of your choice. The sounds help settle the mind and invite the body into rest, allowing you to ease into balance and calm.

Description for this session:

This virtual sound healing session is a gentle invitation to slow down, get comfortable, and let your nervous system catch its breath. Through calming sound and guided rest, you’ll be supported in settling your body and mind and integrating whatever life has been handing you lately, without needing to talk it through or figure it out.

Sound works directly with the body, helping shift us out of constant “go” mode and into a state of ease, presence, and clarity. This session is especially supportive if you’ve been feeling busy, overwhelmed, tired, or just a little off and craving something that feels grounding and restorative.

You don’t need any experience with meditation or sound healing, and there’s nothing you need to do “right.” This is a very easy, accessible experience, you’ll simply lie down or get cozy, listen, and let the sound support you. Many people describe it as deeply calming, surprisingly nourishing, and a chance to feel more like themselves again.

You may leave feeling more relaxed, more centered, and more connected — with a sense of ease that gently carries into the rest of your day.

Truly Aligned

As the calendar turns and the air hums with possibility, you’re invited to pause, to breathe, move, and realign with what truly matters. Join us for a 3-hour immersive experience where movement meets meaning, and stillness opens the doorway to vision. We’ll begin with a heart-centered True40 flow to awaken your body and release what no longer fits the life you’re growing into. Then, settle into the resonance of a restorative sound bath, a symphony of vibration designed to soothe the nervous system and tune you back to your natural rhythm. In the soft afterglow of sound, we’ll journal, reflect, and craft our vision boards — not from a place of striving, but from a place of inner knowing. Together, we’ll give shape to what your soul is calling in for 2026, celebrating each other as we take our first inspired steps into the year ahead. You’ll leave feeling clear, grounded, and aligned with a keepsake journal and a small ritual gift to carry this energy home. What to bring: pillow and blanket to cozy up on the floor during the sound bath. Wear clothes to move in and bring sticky socks (available for purchase). Bring your own magazines and scissors - we will have everything else!

December A New Moon Sound Bath for Renewal + Visioning Anniston AL

As the year begins its quiet close, we gather for an evening of reflection, renewal, and inner alignment. This New Moon–themed sound bath is a chance to honor how far you’ve come in 2025… and gently clear space for what you want to grow in 2026.

We’ll begin with a grounding guided meditation that invites you to acknowledge your journey, integrate your lessons, and symbolically release what no longer serves you — offering it back to the earth to be transformed into wisdom.

Then, settle into the resonance of crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes as the sound bath moves stagnant energy, regulates the nervous system, and brings you back into coherence.

We close with a simple ritual of renewal — hand to heart, hand to earth — and a quiet moment of visioning for the year ahead.

Whether you come for clarity, for peace, or for a fresh start…
You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more aligned with the version of yourself who’s ready to step into a new cycle.
